These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Customer", or "you") and London Parking ("Company", "we",
"us", "our") for the use of our parking bay rental services provided via https://thelondonparking.com/ (the "Website").
By booking, using, or accessing our parking bays or Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
1. Definitions
“Parking Bay”: A designated area made available for vehicle parking at a specific date and time.
“Reservation”: A confirmed booking for the use of a specific parking bay.
“Service”: The parking bay rental services provided by London Parking.
“User”: Any individual or business entity booking or using our parking bays.
“Booking Confirmation”: The email response confirming that a reservation request has been approved and finalized.
2. Eligibility
Services are available to persons aged 18 years or older.
Users must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
Vehicles must be legally roadworthy, registered, and properly insured.
3. Booking Process
Bookings must be made by emailing us via the contact information on our Website. You must provide:
Your full legal name
Contact email and phone number
Desired parking location and duration
Vehicle registration number and type
Arrival and departure date/time
Any additional instructions or requests
Note: Your reservation is not valid until you receive a written confirmation email from us containing the details of your booking.
4. Use of Parking Bays
By using our bays, you agree to the following:
Park only in the assigned bay and during the confirmed reservation window.
Do not occupy, obstruct, or interfere with other bays or public access ways.
Do not leave the vehicle beyond your allotted time.
Keep the bay clean and free of litter.
Do not use the space for any non-parking purpose (e.g. repairs, overnight stays, storage). We reserve the right to deny future bookings if you fail to comply with these rules.
5. Payments and Refunds
All reservations must be paid in full in advance, according to the instructions provided in your confirmation email. We do not accept cash on-site.
Refunds are only available for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the booked arrival time.
No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 24 hours, no-shows, or early departures.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
6. Duration of Use
You may occupy the space only during the reserved period. Overstays may result in penalties, towing at your expense, or cancellation of future use rights.
7. Liability and Disclaimer
London Parking is not responsible for:
Theft, vandalism, or damage to your vehicle while parked
Personal injury or property damage in or around the bay
Traffic citations or fines caused by misuse or overstaying
Delays or disruptions due to acts of nature, nearby construction, traffic closures, or third-party interference
Use of the bay is entirely at your own risk.
8. Data Protection We collect minimal personal and vehicle data solely to facilitate your booking. This includes:
Your name, email, car registration, and payment details
Your information is securely deleted once your reservation ends

9. Amendments and Termination We may revise these Terms at any time. If so, the updated version will be posted on the Website with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any legal proceedings shall be brought in the courts located in London, UK.
